Farmers don't have time for equipment that quits on them. When water intake screens fail or wear out, it's not just an inconvenience - it can bring irrigation operations to a complete stop at the worst possible time. That's exactly the kind of problem we built these two river screens to prevent.

We finished up a pair of river screens for local farmers out of Clay Center, KS. These aren't off-the-shelf pieces. Each one is fabricated with the kind of attention to detail that makes a real difference once it's out in the field and water is running through it. You can see the heavy-duty framing, the pipe fittings, and the screen assemblies all welded together into a solid, functional unit - built to handle the kind of conditions farm equipment deals with daily.

River screens take a beating. They sit in moving water, they get debris pushed against them, and they have to keep performing season after season. Getting the welds right, using the right materials, and making sure everything is properly fitted before it goes out - that's where the work really is. We don't cut corners on the stuff you won't see once it's installed.

What we take pride in is building pieces that don't come back for the same problem twice. Whether it's a full fabrication or a repair job on existing equipment, the goal is always the same - get it done right so the farmer can get back to work without worrying about it.

If you've got equipment that needs welding or fabrication work, we handle jobs of all sizes. Farm equipment, water management systems, structural components - if it needs to be built solid and built to last, that's what we do.
